Project Manager

We’re looking for a level-headed, organized, and self-motivated Project Manager to keep things at Impart running smoothly. As our Project Manager, we’ll look to you to help solve problems as they arise, take ownership of our calendar and workflow, and be proactive in our growth as a company.

The Project Manager is a key player in every project and at every stage in our process. On the Impart side of things, the Project Manager keeps us on track to meet our goals, managing internal timelines, deliverables, and budgets. On the client side, the Project Manager fields questions and feedback, maintaining positive and productive relationships with the people we work with. This role is full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee active projects at every stage of production, ensuring that our work is in line with our overall strategy and values
  • Synthesize client feedback and requests into actionable next steps
  • Foster productive, efficient, and positive client relationships
  • Build detailed production schedules for both internal and external meetings, tasks, and goals
  • Coordinate with the client and internal teams to schedule all necessary reviews, discussions, and meetings in advance
  • Manage and maintain project scopes, timelines, and budgets
  • Facilitate vendor relationships based on predetermined production budgets
  • Adapt to and help evolve the company’s current project management model

Requirements

  • Experience managing multi-phase, multidisciplinary projects
  • 3 to 5 years of varied web/creative agency experience
  • Experience working with small and medium-sized clients preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Figma, and Asana or similar project management software
  • Knowledge of WordPress and fundamentals of web development preferred
  • Highly organized, problem solver, and self-driven
  • Excellent written and spoken communicator
  • Ability to formulate feedback in a constructive manner
  • Must live in the United States
